Return and Refund Policy

Due to the medical nature of our offerings, all sales are final on:

  • Skincare and wellness products

  • Treatment packages

  • Pre-paid services

We do not offer refunds once a product or treatment is purchased.

Product Exchanges

Unopened, unused retail products may be exchanged for store credit or alternative products within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges must be made in person at Body Tonic Medspa with proof of purchase.

Unused Prepaid Services

If you are unable to use a pre-paid service that has not yet been rendered, credit may be extended for the pro-rated value of the unused portion. This credit may be applied toward other Body Tonic services or products.

Online Full-Price Product Returns

Products purchased online at full price may be returned for store credit within 90 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bodytonicmedspas.com.

If You're Not a Candidate for a Service

If you purchase a treatment and are later determined not to be a medical candidate, the value of the original service may be credited toward another appropriate treatment or product. A consultation is required to determine candidacy.

New Client Offer

New clients receive 10% off their first treatment or product purchase. This offer:

  • Cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount

  • Does not apply to gift card purchases

  • Must be applied at the time of purchase

Treatment Outcomes & Disclaimer

At Body Tonic, we are committed to providing exceptional results and personalized care. However, aesthetics is not an exact science, and outcomes vary by individual. All payments are for services rendered, not guaranteed results. While we strive to deliver the best possible outcome, no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied can be made regarding final results.

Revisional Treatment or Complications

Occasionally, additional treatments may be recommended to refine results or manage complications. These services are not included in the original price and may result in additional charges. Your provider will always review these options transparently.

Product Terms

Certain products and injection areas may be subject to additional charges. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Botox

  • Juvederm

  • RHA Collection

  • Kysse, Contour

  • Specialty or off-label areas

Final pricing reflects any applicable manufacturer rebates, promotions, or loyalty program benefits. Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.

Loyalty Program Consent

By purchasing select treatments, you consent to automatic enrollment in vendor loyalty programs (e.g., Alle, Aspire). These may include discounts, rebates, and reward points. Participation is voluntary and can be canceled anytime by contacting the vendor or emailing us at info@bodytonicmedspas.com.

Shipping & Pickup Policy

Body Tonic currently does not ship products. All online orders must be picked up in person.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other approved digital payment methods. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify’s encrypted checkout system.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. Please call 216.307.6926 or email info@bodytonicmedspas.com to modify your appointment.

Gift Card Terms

Gift cards are final sale and not eligible for discounts or promotions. They do not expire and may be used toward any product or service at Body Tonic Medspa. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

Order Confirmation & Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing. You will receive a second email when your order is ready for in-store pickup.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BodyTonic Medspa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. All treatments are performed by licensed professionals and require medical clearance where applicable.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services or products from our website. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
